I did some digging (which is a beautiful thing to do on the Internet) and found everything out.
- The far left is Jeff Lynne, leader of Electric Light Orchestra and part of The Traveling Wilburys.
- The next man is George Harrison, from Beatles fame and The Traveling Wilburys.
- Now that we have the easy stuff down, lets go to the next man Herbie Blash. He is not related to music at all, but instead is the FIA Deputy Race Director.
- Lastly, the man on the right is Leo Sayer, a lesser-known British musician who had hits like "You Make Me Feel Like Dancing" in 1977, and recorded some Beatles songs for the film "All This and World War II," which explains his connection.
- Finally, the location is at the Silverstone Circuit in Northamptonshire, England. The time is the mid 1980's, but no specific date. A man by the name of John took this, and the original post can be found here.
